As a seasoned GRC Business Analyst, you will be part of an international team responsible for implementing cutting-edge technology solutions that support risk management, compliance, and governance. The role involves collaborating with Dev Leads/Architects to create GRC/IRM proof of concepts, technology feasibility of requirements, and performing requirement gathering. Your expertise in designing solutions and presenting them to stakeholders is highly valued.
Your key responsibilities include working with Solution Designers/Architects to brainstorm available solutions, disseminate business requirements, and articulate the best feasible solution to implement. You will map customer requirements to GRC functionality and advise on best practices for implementing GRC processes. Additionally, you will gather requirements and help design GRC applications and modules to meet specific client needs and compliance requirements.
Other essential tasks involve participating in Agile Sprint planning, defining user stories for developers to configure and customize GRC workflows, entities, policies, forms, and user interface elements. You will also lead Testing Activities, including Automated Test Framework (ATF) associated with the build in scope. Furthermore, you will conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for developed solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
You will provide functional expertise and guidance to the project team and assist in knowledge transfer sessions. Staying up-to-date with the latest GRC features, releases, and industry trends is crucial to driving continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC tools with other systems is also required.
The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the GRC Domain specialising in ServiceNow IRM tool. They should have led/completed at least 1 to 3 end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation engagements. ServiceNow GRC certifications are also a must.
Familiarity with typical IT systems development life cycle, delivery management, and client management is necessary. Exposure to multiple GRC tools like Archer, MetricStream, Enablon, etc., would be an added advantage. The ability to work as a team member to contribute to various phases of projects is also essential.
The successful candidate will drive customer requirements show back sessions, system demos, and other workshops. They will develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks. Adherence to quality processes specified for the project and compliance with EY policies and procedures is mandatory.
