Job Title: Enterprise Risk Management Professional

As an Enterprise Risk Management Professional, you will be responsible for contributing technically and functionally to risk management client engagements and internal projects.

  • Work with Solution Designers/Architects, and BA's to brainstorm available solutions and disseminate business requirements.
  • Map customer requirements to GRC functionality and advise on best practices for implementing GRC processes.
  • Design and develop custom GRC applications and modules to meet specific client needs and compliance requirements.
  • Configure and customize GRC workflows, policies, forms, and UI elements to create user-friendly and efficient solutions.
  • Participate in scrum meetings including user story point definition and prioritisation.
  • Drive process optimization, efficiencies, and productivity using automation.
  • Develop and maintain GRC scripts, such as Business Rules and Client Scripts, flows to enhance system functionality and automate processes.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for developed solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team and assist in knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest GRC features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC with other systems and tools.
  • Drive customer requirements show back sessions, system demos, and other workshops.
  • Ability to work as a team member to contribute to various phases of projects.
  • Assist regional teams on RFP pursuits and proposals for clients seeking GRC support.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to travel to customer locations when necessary.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to quality processes specified for the project.
  • Compliance with EY policies and procedures.
  • Assist Project Lead for the successful execution of the project.
