This role involves daily and weekly reporting activities, writing customized emails, cross-team functioning and collaboration, data collection, meeting minutes creation, frequent client follow-ups, and acting on senior instructions.

To succeed, you need prior experience in sales/business development/client relations/post-sales, B2B Saas-based industry knowledge, and excellent written and spoken communication skills. Additional desirable qualities include customer relationship management experience.
