Job Title: Atlassian Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in analysing, troubleshooting, implementing and supporting Jira and Confluence Cloud. Key responsibilities include developing requirements in collaboration with Senior Technical Management, Product Owners and Project Managers, delivering service improvements by working smarter and leveraging existing product sets, add-ins, improving alignment of technology solutions with operational areas to focus on practical delivery of solutions architecture and acting as Subject Matter Expert for Atlassian Jira and Confluence and related Add-ons.

Key skills required include proven experience in managing Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud within a professional environment, demonstrated ability in Agile methodologies and cloud-based project management tools, comprehensive understanding of security policies, user management, best practices, design, usage, implementation and troubleshooting, exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills in a cloud-based setting and proficiency in Shell, Python and Groovy scripting for automating tasks.

  • Qualifications:

Experience & Qualifications:

  • A strong track record in integrating Jira and Confluence with third-party tools is essential, alongside excellent communication at all levels and the ability to clearly articulate plans verbally and in written form.

This role requires effective communication across departments and geographically dispersed teams, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of projects.
