Business Operations Leader Position

Our business is seeking a seasoned Business Operations Leader to drive our operations forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, technical tools, and team leadership.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.

  • Operations & Systems Management: Design, improve, and maintain internal systems, SOPs, and workflows that meet our business goals.
  • Project & Performance Management: Lead internal, client-facing, and strategic projects from kickoff to completion with high quality results.
  • Team Leadership & Support: Foster a culture of feedback, coaching, and collaboration within the team.
  • Strategic & Data-Driven Decision Making: Align daily operations with long-term business strategy by analyzing data and making informed decisions.
  • Client Success Management: Oversee seamless onboarding/offboarding and proactive client communication to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Risk & Resource Management: Anticipate operational risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, systems, and people management.
  • 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Highly tech-savvy, analytical, and system-oriented.
