Lead Workspace Transformation:

Embark on a high-stakes journey as the ultimate authority in commercial interior fit-out projects. Deliver seamless execution from briefing and design coordination to final quality checks, ensuring repeatable, high-quality workspace models that impress.

You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of turnkey fit-out projects for premium clients in Bengaluru, interpreting design drawings, BOQs, aligning procurement, managing site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover with finesse.

Maintain governance via change control and risk logs, prepare and control project plans – schedule, budget, resources – and coordinate internal/external stakeholders, including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE and building codes. Resolve technical or contractual challenges efficiently and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle with structured stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

~ Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.

~ 8–15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value or GCC-related assignments.

~ Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.

~ PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
