Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed BIM models for electrical systems from design to as-built stages and ensure seamless coordination between services.\
  • Maintain alignment with BIM Execution Plan standards and project workflow criteria.\
  • Prepare lighting, power, cable tray, and conduit layouts.\
  • Design SLDs and fire alarm and PA systems.\
  • Perform quality control checks for completeness and adherence to company/project standards.\
  • Utilize Revit to prepare BOQs for MEP services.\
  • Create and modify Revit families.\
  • Track major decisions during project subsistence.\
  • Generate various electrical layouts, sections, elevations, and details for clash detection.\
  • Possess knowledge in fabrication drawings.\
