Responsibilities:

 Develop BIM models for Electrical &ELV Systems from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services.

 Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.

 Preparation of lighting, Power, cable tray & conduiting layout.

 Preparation of SLD.

 Preparation of Fire alarm & PA layout.

 Quality control for completeness and adherence to company/project standards.

 Using Revit Preparation Schedule Quantities (BOQ) For MEP Services.

 Create and modify the Revit Families.

 Keep track of the major decisions (MOM's) during the Project subsistence.

 Ability to generate various Electrical layouts, sections, elevations, and details Clash detection.

 Should possess knowledge in fabrication drawings.
