The Electrical BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models from the design stage to the as-built stage, ensuring seamless coordination between all services.

The model must align with industry standards and project workflow criteria set forth in the BIM Execution Plan.

Key responsibilities include preparing lighting, power, cable tray, and conduiting layouts, as well as creating and modifying Revit Families.

The ideal candidate should possess knowledge in fabrication drawings and be able to generate various Electrical layouts, sections, elevations, and details, including clash detection.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep track of major decisions during project subsistence are essential.
