As a key leader in our organization, we are seeking an exceptional professional to drive the strategic direction of our retail investing platform.

This is a pivotal role that requires a deep understanding of product development, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as leading cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch best-in-class investing experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex product initiatives, prioritizing features and trade-offs, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, compliance, data, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Definition: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business objectives and meets customer needs.
  • Product Management: Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch innovative investing experiences, prioritizing features and trade-offs to maximize impact, speed, and compliance.
  • Partner Management: Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including custodians, clearing firms, data providers, and technology vendors, negotiating and structuring partnerships to expand capabilities and accelerate execution.
  • Compliance: Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure all product initiatives meet regulatory requirements, anticipating potential risks and building proactive safeguards.
  • Growth Hacking: Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform product decisions, leveraging data analytics platforms to optimize product development and improve user engagement.
  • User Experience: Drive the creation of intuitive and engaging user interfaces, collaborating with UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences and drive adoption.
