We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in assisting us deliver efficient engineering solutions and support to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various electronics/electrical components and systems. They will be responsible for evaluating electrical products and systems by designing testing methods, working on obsolescence activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and qualify engineering solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate electrical products and systems by designing testing methods
  • Work on obsolescence activities with replacements, perform testing to qualify and release in the system along with documentation
  • End-to-end ownership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and qualify engineering solutions
  • Rapidly generate design concepts that will develop into detailed drawings to manufacture those concepts
  • Participate in design reviews to present the design throughout different phases of design and development

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic engineering with 3-5 years of experience
  • Master's degree is preferred with 1 year of experience
  • Must be comfortable working with US-based timings

Mandatory Skills:

  • Good understanding of electronics components, schematics/system interconnect
  • Select and recommend components depending upon application and circuit requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Critical/system-level thinking
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have:

  • Experience in working on part lifecycle management, change orders using any PLM system
  • Experience in working on electronic components obsolescence
  • Understanding on PCB and components
  • Hands-on experience of testing electronics components-bench-level test and system-level test
  • Hands-on experience with AUTOCAD/Zuken/PCAD software
