In this key position, you will oversee strategic customer capabilities and foster an innovative culture that drives tangible business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will lead the creation of an automation and innovation forward culture, leading large-scale global change management, identifying areas for process and systems innovation, and implementing change to enhance effectiveness of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key Integrator: Serve as main point of contact and representative of the Tech and Workforce Transformation team in India, hiring, training, developing, and managing talent to meet organizational needs.
  • Global Collaboration: Act as primary point of contact for GCC senior leadership in the US and offshore team in India, overseeing end-to-end delivery of core sales & marketing operations projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Optimization: Oversee analysis efforts to optimize workforce and resource allocation, driving efficiency across the business, managing offshore teams including CWs, maintaining quality of service and timely deliverables.
  • Operational Excellence and Delivery: Ensure quality, scalability, and operational efficiency, automating processes to drive top-line growth, control costs, and reduce risks.
