HR Manager Job Description

This role is a key to our company's success. We are looking for an experienced HR leader to manage end-to-end recruitment, policy creation, payroll and employee engagement independently.

Talent Acquisition & Retention
  • Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs aligned with company growth plans.
  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Improve onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and stay engaged.
Culture & Employee Experience
  • Champion the company's mission, values and vision in daily HR practices.
  • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, recognition and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and programs that reinforce a strong company culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations with discretion and fairness.
Performance & Development
  • Support managers in implementing performance management processes (reviews, feedback, development plans).
  • Help design and roll out learning and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Identify leadership development opportunities to support internal promotion and succession planning.
Strategic HR Initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to change management and organizational design as the company evolves.

We are looking for an ideal candidate with MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. 5–8 years HR experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of Indian compliance and ability to work with international teams.
