Creative Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic creative thinker to lead our team of writers and designers. The ideal candidate will have a unique perspective on the world and be able to craft compelling stories that engage audiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative strategies for client campaigns, focusing on innovative storytelling and brand development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches.
  • Research and monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide proactive ideation, build strong relationships with clients, and provide creative leadership to drive results.
  • Manage and lead a team of writers and designers to deliver high-quality content and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in copywriting, scriptwriting, and creative visualization.
  • A strong understanding of socio-political issues and pop culture, with the ability to apply this knowledge in creative ways.
  • An avid consumer of all kinds of copy and content, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Excellent team management skills, with the ability to hold team members accountable and drive results.
