As we continue to expand our retail footprint, we are seeking a seasoned Property Acquisition specialist to spearhead the identification and securing of prime retail properties for our Lenskart store network.

The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for opportunity, refined negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to:

  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify prime retail locations that align with our business goals
  2. Negotiate leases and agreements with property owners to secure optimal terms
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of property acquisition initiatives

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property acquisition, preferably in retail industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
