
High Net Worth Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Private Banking. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-value client relationships, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed individual business targets, including HNI/TPP and banking targets
- Ensure minimum objectives of Rs 1,00,000 per customer from 75% of the self-base for RMs and self & team level for Senior RMs
- Maintain client profitability objectives, AUM growth objectives, and client sign-on objectives as defined by Business Head
- Focus on conversions from existing bank clients by offering Private Banking Group services to other eligible managed clients
Fundamental Skills:
- Strong understanding of asset management, trade and foreign exchange, and current accounts
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex client requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Current Account Acquisition, Product & Processes, Trade & Forex & other current account related products
Desirable Qualifications:
- Graduation/Post-Graduation: Marketing/Finance
- AMFI Certification, NCFM Certification (Optional), CAIIB, IRDA, Sales and Influencing Skills, Banking Product & Process Knowledge, Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills, Planning and Organizing Skills, Communication, Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry
