Job Title

Lead CRM and Complaints Applications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead CRM and complaints applications projects with energy, efficiency, and end-to-end ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have in-depth knowledge of life insurance business processes and policy lifecycle management.
  • Be part of the IT team or functional department POC responsible for liaising with the IT team for system requirements or change requests.
  • Have hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies.
  • Have overall knowledge of the life insurance domain with in-depth knowledge of post-issuance journeys and processes.
  • Preference will be given to candidates involved in production support.
  • Have experience with JIRA or other ticketing and project management tools.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and ability to handle queries at L1 level.

Technical Skills:

  • SQL query expertise
  • Understanding of VAPT risk and mitigation strategies
  • .Net proficiency (desired)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience post-qualification
  • Proven track record of excellent production support skills, including resource and time management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholder expectations

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
