**Job Title:** Client Development ManagerAs a key member of our organization, the Client Development Manager will play a pivotal role in nurturing high-value client relationships and driving business growth through strategic engagement and risk profiling.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and build strong trust-based relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored financial solutions to clients while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles, including risk assessments, demographics, and asset information.
  • Engage in regular customer interactions to deepen relationships and increase wallet share.
  • Cross-sell bank products and services/third-party investment products to enhance product penetration.
  • Identify potential customers for targeted sales initiatives.
  • Acquire new customers by converting referral leads.
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets on a monthly basis.
  • Record and track all engagement activities using our CRM system.
  • Comply with relevant regulations, laws, and legislation governing our organization.
**Qualifications & Requirements:Our ideal candidate will hold a graduation/post-graduation degree from a recognized institute and possess certifications such as AMFI and NCFM. A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in managing high-net-worth clients is required.**Essential Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Able to manage complex client situations effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and local language.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to evolving customer and organizational needs.
