Job Title: Inventory Auditor

Reports to: Team Lead

  • As an Inventory Auditor, you will support the internal audit team in conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits across outlets and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits of outlets, regional offices, warehouses, and corporate functions to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify stock, cash, and sales transactions against records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and areas of improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and documentation with findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on audit observations and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with store managers, regional teams, and finance to ensure smooth audit operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of audit-related information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Ability to travel frequently to different outlets/locations with flexibility to work varying schedules.
