DevOps Strategist Position

We are seeking a skilled DevOps strategist to lead our team in defining and implementing effective DevOps strategies.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and collaboration within the organization by developing and executing comprehensive DevOps plans.

This includes defining deployment strategy, branching strategy, and overall architecture, as well as engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and align on solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in DevOps, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving discussions on key initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement DevOps strategies across deployment, branching, and architecture
  • Collaborate with client teams to understand requirements and align on solutions
  • Establish and maintain DevOps standards and processes across projects
  • Apply DevOps best practices in monitoring to ensure system reliability and enable proactive issue detection
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and fostering collaboration
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to define and implement effective DevOps strategies
  • Strong knowledge of Azure, scripting, automation, and monitoring tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated capability to lead a team of technical professionals effectively
