Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps professional to lead our client engagements.

This role demands a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement DevOps strategies for multiple client projects.
  • Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis and maturity assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into technical architectures and roadmaps.
  • Evaluate and recommend best-fit tools and platforms for CI/CD, IAC, containerization, and monitoring.
  • Build and guide teams on Infrastructure as Code and automated provisioning.
  • Lead the setup and scaling of Kubernetes clusters and Docker-based microservices.
  • Integrate observability stacks and drive security best practices.
  • Support pre-sales activities and mentor DevOps engineers.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of DevOps experience in cloud-native environments.
  • Proven experience with both AWS and Azure; GCP exposure is a bonus.
  • Strong knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Kafka.
  • Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deep understanding of cloud security, cost optimization, and scalable architecture principles.
  • Hands-on with monitoring/logging tools.
  • Solid scripting or development background.
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and client communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • DevOps or Cloud Certifications.
  • Exposure to GitOps, Helm, Service Mesh, and Serverless architecture.
