Job Overview

This role is responsible for designing and delivering training programs to equip call center personnel with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or Business, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Knowledge of company products, services, and operations.
  • Project coordination experience.
  • Advanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong training program design experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
