Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to oversee the lifecycle of corporate applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as Darwinbox and SAP Treasury, along with strong exposure to regulatory interactions (UIDAI, Aadhaar).

  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of corporate applications (HRMS, Finance, Admin, Operations, Sales & Legal)
  • Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of platforms like Darwinbox and SAP Treasury
  • Ability to support integration of COTS, BESPOKE & Cloud Native applications

Regulatory & Compliance Support:

  • Liaise with external regulators such as UIDAI and Aadhaar authorities
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards

Project & Change Management:

  • Support IFRS-related application changes and enhancements
  • Drive application upgrades, CRs, and integration projects

Incident & Problem Management:

  • Lead resolution of application-related incidents
  • Ensure adherence to internal ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management

Vendor & Budget Management:

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs
  • Track and optimize application budgets and licensing costs

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Admin, Legal, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain application documentation, SOPs, and compliance records
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on application health, risks, and roadmap

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Certifications in ITIL, SAP, or relevant platforms preferred

Required Skills:

  • 8-10 years of experience in managing enterprise applications
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Darwinbox, SAP Treasury, and IFRS programs
  • Strong exposure to regulatory interactions (UIDAI, Aadhaar)
  • Excellent vendor and budget management skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration and strong understanding of ITIL processes
