Telecom Order Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Order Management Specialist to join our team in designing, developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to meet telecom order management needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, develop and implement custom applications, workflows, business rules and catalog items.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and design scalable solutions to meet telecom order management needs.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Develop strong knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module and leverage this expertise to configure and customize modules to handle product orders and service requests.
  • Integration and Support: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and legacy systems, and provide support for UAT, defect fixing and performance tuning for order management processes.
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.
  • Experience in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow Flow Designer.
  • Telecom domain knowledge particularly Order-to-Activation processes and Product Catalogs.
