Job Title: Senior Engineering Program Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Program Lead to manage and deliver complex engineering projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and guide engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of program management experience in financial services or technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs with budgets exceeding $10M.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of banking systems (core banking, payment processing, risk management).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
  • Understanding of data management, analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and practices.
