Campaign Strategist/Executive (Analytics Focus)

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize advanced analytics to drive campaign strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization.

Performance Monitoring:

Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including ROI analysis, and present findings to senior management.

Innovation & Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and analytics, and implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Educational Background:

Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Professional qualifications like BE/MBA are preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in campaign management with a strong focus on analytics. Experience in Mutual Fund/Financial Services/eCommerce/Fintech is a plus.

Analytics Tools:

Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms preferred.

Data Analysis:

Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.

Excel & Reporting:

Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience in creating detailed analytical reports and dashboards.

Programming languages like Python and SQL are preferred.

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is beneficial.
