Project Manager - Client Success

We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to oversee, track and execute support of multiple client-facing and internal projects.

  • Coordinate all aspects of the project including activities resources equipment and information.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and define project requirements scope and objectives.
  • Ensure client expectations are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage billing and collections.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and proactively address any issues or obstacles.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders providing regular updates on project status.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project including activities resources equipment and information. This includes ensuring client expectations are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Collaboration

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to gather and define project requirements scope and objectives. They will ensure that these requirements are clearly understood and communicated effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Relationship Building

The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients project managers and other team members. They will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders providing regular updates on project status.

Problem-Solving

The successful candidate will be able to think critically and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues and provide solutions that meet the needs of the business.

Communication Skills

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills including verbal and written communication. They will be able to communicate complex information in a clear concise manner and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
