We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive patient referrals for our medical crowdfunding and lending platform.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic alliances with doctors and hospitals to enhance patient access to affordable healthcare solutions.
- Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve target revenue growth, focusing on field effectiveness and professional development.
- Identify patient needs and introduce innovative financing solutions at partner hospitals, expanding our EMI-based offerings.
- Drive awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling hospitals and patients to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.
- Establish revenue goals and manage the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Provide market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to inform lending solution refinements.
- Cover the city-level P&L, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
- Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
