Job Overview

Campus Representatives will serve as key advocates for our organization within their institutions and will promote healthcare awareness, facilitate student consultations and organize initiatives that enhance healthcare access across campuses.

Key Requirements:
  • Achieve a weekly consultation target of 10 patients. Upon reaching this goal, receive a bonus of Rs. 50 per new patient consultation.
  • Maintain strong campus connections and an active presence on social media platforms.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in promoting healthcare awareness.
  • Show proficiency in English, Hindi and regional languages (optional).
  • Exhibit a strong drive to grow and succeed.
  • Utilize leadership and decision-making abilities effectively.
  • Display exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be adaptable and flexible when dealing with changing priorities and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote healthcare awareness among your campus community.
  • Facilitate online consultations for students.
  • Organize and promote health-related events and initiatives.
  • Foster connections that strengthen healthcare access among peers.
  • Proactively engage with prospects through calls, emails and virtual meetings to introduce our services and understand their needs.
  • Identify opportunities, find prospects, reach out on various channels including email, phone and social media.
  • Conduct research on prospects, target markets and industries to generate leads.
