Event Manager

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee the planning, management, and execution of diverse events. This includes media drives, employee meets, dealer conferences, festivals, and special events.

About this Role:
  • Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution within specified timelines and resources.
  • Manage resource scheduling, both internal and external, to meet event specifications while maintaining quality control over manpower, event-specific materials, and production aspects.
  • Develop project checklists and timelines, overseeing planning module progress to guarantee smooth event execution.
  • Collaborate with the production manager to ensure successful project outcomes.

This role requires a deep understanding of event management principles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and 8+ years of experience in the event industry.

A Graduate or Master's degree in Event Management or an MBA is essential for success in this position.

  • Proven track record of managing complex events from conception to delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
