Job Title: Event Delivery Director

We are seeking a seasoned Event Delivery Director to oversee the successful execution of various events, including media drives, employee meets, dealer conferences, festivals, and special events.

This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in the event industry, with a proven track record of quality control and budget management.

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and checklists for smooth event execution.
  • Collaborate with production managers to oversee budgeting processes and resource allocation.
  • Ensure quality control of external and internal resources, including manpower, event-specific collaterals, and event production.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing project documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving project progress forward. Requirements:
