Order Management Data Analyst

We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to implement and manage IT infrastructures that drive long-term value.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Business Analyst Order Management with a focus on Data. This includes knowledge of data activities, order management processes, and experience in data migration from external tools to ServiceNow.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst Order Management with a focus on Data.
- Business Analyst with expertise in data-driven activities, order management processes, and data migration.
- Ability to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to map functional aspects of data.
- Experience in data migration activities, including managing large data extractions and converting data into the correct ServiceNow format.
- Desirable experience in order management data modeling, providing advice on best practices for field usage and process impact.
- Knowledge of all data objects within the context of order management processes, including accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, and contracts.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt communication to the audience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and open mindset.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with OM data model and ability to advise on best practices.
