Senior Ecommerce Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a candidate who can effectively troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues in e-commerce platforms. This role involves possessing excellent functional knowledge of eCommerce, being proficient in writing and understanding SQL queries, and having hands-on experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Catchpoint, or New Relic.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding and experience in inbound and out bound flow within eCommerce systems / data flow including Product, inventory ,Price feeds. They should be able to support the production e-Commerce systems including Content/Customer/Traffic/Order management/support, Search, catalogue, discovery , merchandising, Order Payment Processing and Incident Management.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring site performance, detecting issues, and responding to incidents in real time.
- Analyzing site speed, traffic load, and suggesting improvements (Content Delivery Network- CDN, caching, image optimization).
- Understanding of payment gateways, refunds, fraud checks, and customer transaction flows.
- Supporting the production e-Commerce systems including Content/Customer/Traffic/Order management/support, Search, catalogue, discovery , merchandising, Order Payment Processing and Inventory Product Management.
Requirements include:
- Strong experience in production support.
- Excellent functional knowledge of eCommerce.
- Proficient in writing and understanding SQL queries.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Catchpoint, or New Relic.
- Familiarity with search / merch platform Constructor Troubleshooting Debugging experience , good experience and understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, developer tools) and ability to diagnose issues.
- Experience in Web/iOS and Android e-Comm app/web support Working
- Experience in any front-end Programming Languages Understanding of APIs Experience with observability tools New Relic and Adobe Analytics for, alert set up, dashboard creation, trouble shooting ,performance and error tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
