About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge elevator systems. As a P&E Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough traffic analyses, preparing presentations for clients, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting elevator traffic analysis using software to ensure design requirements are met;
  • Preparing traffic analysis presentations for clients;
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients;
  • Participating in design review meetings and workshops;
  • Traffic analysis summary for stakeholder approval;
  • Preparing a Civil Dimension matrix for all finalized lift configurations ensuring dimensions meet at least four designated vendors;
  • Preparing and presenting a Design Brief Report to the client;
  • Using e-Comply/Excel to prepare specifications based on approved DBR;
  • Coordinating with the Drafting team for tender drawing submission after checking for conformity;
  • Supporting the client during vendor discussions and the e-Comply/Specification management team with vendor technical ratings;
  • Coordinating with the drafting team, client, and vendor for GAD approval;
  • Maintaining regularly updated performance data;
  • Coooperating during internal and external audits;
  • Ensuring all project stage completion documents are submitted before proceeding to the next stage;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil);
  • Minimum 3-5 years of field experience in the Elevator industry;
  • Proficiency in Lifts and Escalator installation and/or commissioning and/or maintenance;
  • Proficiency in reading VHT GA drawings;
  • Excellent technical understanding of Elevator, Escalator and Advanced People Flow solutions that meet customer expectations;
Software Skills

You will also require proficiency in:

  • AutoCAD 2017 or Higher - Ability to read drawings and understand;
  • Microsoft 365, MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Soft Skills
