We are seeking an experienced Luxury Business Leader to spearhead the launch and growth of our bespoke jewellery business. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with deep knowledge of the luxury industry, particularly fine jewellery or high-end watches.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning for the luxury brand. They will also build relationships with key suppliers, designers, and artisans to drive exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success.
- Bulldoze relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, designers, and artisans, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Drive direct sales to high-net-worth individuals and luxury clientele while delivering personalized experiences that reflect the brand's ethos.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales and operations team, instilling a culture of excellence and customer obsession.
- Oversee inventory, production timelines, and customer deliveries while owning and managing the full Profit & Loss (P&L) for the business.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of proven success in the jewellery industry or luxury sectors.
- Demonstrated success in sales and client management in a high-end or bespoke environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a pleasing and professional personality.
- A deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and expectations.
