About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate travel professional to join our team. As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in bringing our clients' travel dreams to life.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable about global and domestic travel destinations, and possess strong negotiation skills. They will also be comfortable with technology, including travel booking platforms and CRM tools.

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, designing bespoke travel packages, and handling end-to-end bookings. You will also provide pre-trip guidance, on-trip assistance, and post-trip support to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Engagement
  • Respond to client inquiries with a consultative approach.
  • Understand client preferences and suggest curated travel solutions.
Itinerary Planning & Customization
  • Design bespoke travel packages aligned with client interests and timelines.
  • Stay updated on trending destinations and seasonal offerings.
Booking & Vendor Coordination
  • Handle end-to-end bookings, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
  • Liaise with vendors to secure competitive rates and ensure smooth operations.
Customer Experience
  • Provide pre-trip guidance and on-trip assistance.
  • Proactively resolve issues to ensure a seamless travel experience.
