Key Responsibilities

  • Handle visa processing for tourist, business, and other categories.
  • Provide accurate visa counselling and guidance to clients.
  • Prepare case-specific covering letters and documentation.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of visa checklists, procedures, and immigration laws.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, authorities, and embassies/consulates.
  • Ensure all applications are presented in the best possible manner to maximize approval chances.
  • Maintain organized records of applications and follow up on pending cases.
  • Provide excellent customer service and timely updates to clients.
  • Work closely with the travel and operations team to support client requirements.
