Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Operations Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, verifying and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Processing: Prepare, verify and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile discrepancies in invoices and resolve queries with internal teams/vendors.
  • Record Management: Maintain invoice records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing month-end invoicing reports and supporting documentation for audits.
  • Client Communication: Follow up with clients/vendors for pending payments or clarifications.
Administrative Support
  • Day-to-Day Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, record management and correspondence.
  • Vendor Management: Support vendor management processes including onboarding, compliance checks and payment coordination.
  • Expense Reimbursements: Assist with employee expense reimbursements and petty cash management (if applicable).
  • Finance and Operations Support: Provide administrative support to the Finance and Operations teams as required.
Coordination and Compliance
  • Liaison Role: Liaise with cross-functional teams to streamline invoice approvals and resolve discrepancies.
  • Record Filing: Ensure proper filing and archiving of financial and administrative records.
  • Organizational Policies: Adhere to organizational policies, internal controls and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in office administration and vendor coordination.
  • Education and Skills: Graduation plus relevant administrative experience, strong organizational skills and proficiency in office software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MIS development and management.
