We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our rural women empowerment programs as a coordinator. This role will provide an opportunity to work on designing and implementing initiatives that uplift women in underserved communities.

About the Role

The rural women empowerment program coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development of proposals focused on corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This will involve researching and drafting proposals that align corporate CSR goals with rural women-centric programs, such as skilling, entrepreneurship, health, and education.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proposal Development: Research and draft proposals that align corporate CSR goals with rural women-centric programs, ensuring they reflect community needs and organizational values.

2. Collaboration with NGOs: Engage with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) working in rural women empowerment to understand their models and impact metrics.

3. Outreach and Partnership Building: Identify companies with active CSR mandates in gender equity, rural development, or livelihood generation, and present tailored proposals to build long-term partnerships.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in economics, development studies, or related fields, excellent communication skills, and a passion for gender-inclusive development. Additionally, you should be proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
