We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support our educational initiatives in rural India.

The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree in rural development, MSW or MBA, and 5-10 years of experience in implementing education programs.

Key responsibilities include planning, implementing, and monitoring quality support programs, ensuring optimal school infrastructure, and activating critical processes in schools.

The successful candidate will also assist in formulating annual operating plans, submitting monthly budget provisions, and monitoring day-to-day expenses. Additionally, they will support the recruitment of academic mentors/trainers and network with stakeholders to build long-term partnerships.

This is a challenging role that requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Please note that the selected candidate will be working closely with our team in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and a commitment to improving educational outcomes in rural India.
