We're seeking an experienced User Experience Designer to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role is located in a hybrid setting.

In this position, you'll have a significant impact on our products and services by:

  • Conducting user research and testing, creating interactive designs, and visual design concepts that meet user needs.
  • Participating in user research, usability testing, surveys, interviews, work studies, and heuristic evaluations to gather insights.
  • Presenting and reviewing documentation of research findings with product and development teams.
  • Designing concepts, information architecture, user interface designs, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and specifications to enhance user experience.
  • Contributing to the implementation of complex visual styles that support platform branding to increase user effectiveness.
  • Interpreting user feedback and insights to improve the user experience.
  • Creating and updating user interface and visual design guidelines and standards.

To succeed in this role, we require:

  • Bachelor's degree in user experience, design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in user experience.
  • Expertise in using Figma tools.
  • Self-driven, proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
