Job Opportunity: Manual Functional Tester

We are seeking a skilled Manual Functional Tester with expertise in end-to-end testing of Zuora systems, including Billing, Subscription Management, and Payments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual/functional testing on Zuora and a strong understanding of subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.

The selected individual will be responsible for performing manual functional testing of Zuora Billing, Subscription, and Payments modules. They will validate subscription lifecycle, invoicing, data flows, and integrations with external systems, create and execute test cases, scenarios, and detailed test reports, log, track, and manage defects through resolution, and collaborate with business and technical teams during UAT cycles.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in manual/functional testing on Zuora
  • Understanding of subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes
  • Experience using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Salesforce or ERP integrations with Zuora
  • Basic knowledge of Zuora APIs
