Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented D365 QA Tester to assume responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability in our Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes, a deep understanding of business requirements, and proven experience with manual testing methodologies.

  • Perform end-to-end testing of D365 Sales flow to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance.
  • Develop, document, and execute comprehensive manual test cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and testing needs.
  • Identify, log, and track defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution.
  • Ensure testing best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding test progress, results, and risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

  • D365 functional knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
