Senior Manual Test Lead/Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manual Test Lead/Manager to oversee the entire testing lifecycle for our Azure Data Engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality results
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute testing activities efficiently
  • Managing test planning, tracking, and reporting to stakeholders
  • Leading a team of testers to achieve excellence in testing
  • Performing risk assessments and providing regular updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in manual testing with a strong focus on quality assurance
  • Extensive knowledge of Azure Data Engineering, Data Integration, and Data Warehousing principles
  • Proficiency in creating and managing test plans, writing test cases, and executing tests effectively
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps practices to streamline testing processes
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a strong emphasis on testing and quality assurance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Utility sector is advantageous
