Job Title:

  Manual & Automated Testing Professional

  As a Manual & Automated Testing Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of products.

  Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing test strategies with cross-functional teams.
  • Designing and implementing manual & automated test cases to ensure product reliability.
  • Identifying, logging, and tracking defects to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conducting regression, performance, and load testing to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining automation scripts and frameworks to streamline testing processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and process improvements.
  • Maintaining documentation of test plans, cases, and results to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  A strong understanding of test automation, test strategy, and regression testing.

  Proficiency in tools/frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium, JIRA (or similar).

  Hands-on programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or Ruby for automation scripting.

  Knowledge of various testing methodologies (manual, automation, regression, performance).

  Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report results.
