  • Assessing operating trends, earnings quality, maintainability of EBITDA, working capital, and cash flows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identifying key deal issues, assessing their impact on valuation, and advising on mitigation strategies to minimize risk.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and best practices.
  • Contributing to knowledge sharing efforts, process improvement, and team development to drive continuous learning and growth.
