**Onboarding Manager Role**This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Onboarding Manager. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • You will develop a deep understanding of UrbanPiper's products to assist customers in maximizing their digital experience.
  • Provide end-to-end support to customers in managing their online menus during the onboarding process and post go-live.
  • Collaborate with the integration team and Technical Account Manager to understand customer requirements and deliver viable solutions.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service and Product & Engineering (P&E) teams to facilitate issue resolution and ensure a seamless experience for customers.
  • Build strong relationships by actively engaging with customers and striving to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing a deep understanding of UrbanPiper's suite of products.
  2. Providing end-to-end support to customers.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  4. Building strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management.
  • A Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work during US hours.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in the F&B industry, ideally in a role involving digital transformation or technology implementation.
