Job Opportunity: Business Growth Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced business development professional to lead our client acquisition efforts across India.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of contract and permanent staffing, RPO, SOW, and MSP-based hiring, and is passionate about building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development for contract, perm, RPO, and SOW-based staffing services.
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers (CHROs, procurement heads, MSP leads, business heads).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve defined revenue targets.
  • Conduct client presentations and meetings across major Indian cities (travel required).
  • Prepare compelling presentation decks and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Represent efforts and present performance data clearly to internal leadership and stakeholders.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo.io, or ZoomInfo for prospecting and lead tracking.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve outreach, reporting, and sales efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful execution and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of contract and permanent staffing industry trends and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and other productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales.
  • Experience working in the staffing industry, preferably with a contract or perm-focused organization.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation technologies.
