Job Title: Sex Therapist

Job Summary:

A passionate and dedicated individual is required to provide expert therapeutic support and guidance to clients struggling with sexual and psychological health issues. The successful candidate will have the ability to conduct initial discovery calls, establish rapport, and pitch treatment packages that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Discovery Calls & Client Engagement (80% Sales-Focused):
  2. Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients seeking help for psychological and sexual health issues.
  3. Establish a strong rapport and build trust during calls, guiding clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  4. Pitch appropriate treatment packages and treatment plans, demonstrating how they meet client goals.
  5. Effectively communicate the benefits and outcomes of various treatment plans, addressing any concerns or questions.
  6. Closed sales and onboard clients into the treatment process.

  1. Therapeutic Support (20% Therapy-Focused):
  2. Offer brief therapeutic support and guidance during the initial call, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.
  3. Provide insights and recommendations based on the client's needs, maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
  4. Refer or resource clients not immediately ready to proceed with treatment.

  1. Collaboration & Reporting:
  2. Work closely with therapists, ensuring a seamless transition from discovery calls to ongoing treatment plans.
  3. Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client progress, ensuring accurate client information.
  4. Assist in improving the discovery call process and treatment offerings by providing feedback on client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field.
  • Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field (depending on location requirements).
  • Prior experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, building rapport quickly and addressing client needs empathetically.
  • Excellent understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.
  • Ability to pitch and close sales professionally and empathetically.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
