Business Development Manager Job Description:

India's population presents a significant opportunity for local language content. We aim to meet this need by developing platforms for language localization of websites, mobile apps, and digital transactions.

We use AI/ML technologies to develop best-in-class NLP software for translation, language processing, and voice applications for Indian and global languages used by hundreds of leading enterprises.

This role involves playing a key part in helping us meet and exceed our business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing insights into target market segments and geographies.
  • Acquiring new clients predominantly in the BFSI sector.
  • Maintaining effective account mapping and networking at all levels within customer organizations.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Establishing relationships with customers to maximize retention.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's Degree in Business Management or relevant field.
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Effective account mapping & networking skills at all levels within customer organizations.
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills.
  • Prior experience in IT/Software product sales is a plus.
  • Ability to generate new leads through connections.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally & written.
